Seminars
ITC co-organises the School of the Wisdom Naarden (SOWN) together with the Theosophical Society (Adyar) (TS).
Retreats

Programmes for Children
Round Table aims to support young people's inner growth while fostering awareness of the Unity of Life: all beings are One. Its mission is the development of balanced and responsible young people who contribute to a more harmonious world and cultivate compassion for all beings. To convey these ideals Round Table uses symbols and ceremonies. Symbols can touch the heart directly, bypassing the intellect; their use in ceremony enables children to learn directly about eternal values, keeping them in touch with what they intuitively know. Yoga
The independent Raja Yoga school Samyama organises yoga classes in the ITC atelier, nearly every day. For their programme, see samyama-yoga.nl
Another yoga school offers its Yoga classes in the Ashrama (more info will follow).
