With this, Leela Samson and Bhavajan Kumar invite us to their dance performance, The Call of the Beloved. Last year, Bhavajan introduced us to Bharatanatyam, the classical dance form elevated to an art by Rukmini Devi Arundale and later further refined by her student, Leela Samson. Bhavajan is one of Leela’s gifted students. This year, the two return together to the ITC to bring Bharatanatyam back to the stage. Prepare for the transformative beauty of this sacred dance.
